  • The Loft is a by-the-hour photography studio rental space with full access to all available lighting, backdrops, furniture, and props. This space is easily customized! Feel free to bring your own belongings or you’re welcome to move furniture items to suit your needs, we just ask that you return everything to its original location.

    Inventory Includes:

    • Full-size air mattress

    • Beige comforter set w/ pillows

    • Multiple blanket + quilt options

    • Green velvet loveseat

    • Dusty blue velvet couch

    • Light blue half couch

    • Variety of stools

    • End tables

    • Rugs

    • Greenery

    • Baskets

    • Black, Brown, Cream paper backdrops

    • Sheer curtains to diffuse natural light from large windows

    We are located in the heart of downtown Nicholasville! Tucked into the “Welcome to Nicholasville” building on Main Street!

    Free Parking + Entrance is on the backside of the building on 1st Street. We are located on the second story, accessible by stairs only.

    Loading zone is available for temporary use if needed!

    The back alley and parking lot are well-lit and located within a block of the sheriff’s office.

  • We don’t just rent this space out— we use it! As photographers, we know what you need and aim to provide a studio that checks the boxes for all styles.

  • We don’t want to limit your creativity, however there are a few rules:

    • No fog, smoke, or flames

    • No smoking or vaping

    • No glitter (IYKYK)

    • Don’t attach anything to the walls (no tape, command strips, nails, thumbtacks, etc.)

    • Contact us before bringing any pets

    • Food + drink are allowed, please clean any messes promptly

    We do have neighbors and ask that you please be kind by keeping noise at a reasonable level if you’re visiting us during the 9-5 workday!
